We know choosing childcare is a big decision. We’re here to answer every question and help you feel confident in your choice.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. Extended day options are available for families who need extra support—just ask our team during your tour.
Are your teachers trained and background-checked?
Yes. All staff members complete background checks and fingerprinting as required by state regulations. Our teachers are CPR and First Aid certified, receive ongoing training in early childhood education, and follow strict health and safety protocols.
Do you provide meals, diapers, and wipes?
Healthy breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included in tuition for all full-day students. We provide diapers and wipes for infants and young toddlers. For older children, families typically provide pull-ups or extra clothing as needed.
How do you communicate with parents during the day?
We use a secure parent app to share photos, videos, and notes about your child’s day. You’ll receive updates on meals, naps, activities, and any important reminders, and you can message your child’s teacher directly.
